went for F1 practice session 1 & 2 yesterday , low on budget so bought the walkabout ticket . was an early bird yesterday , after school went to store for awhile then headed home. angeline - went back to malaysia , nicole - no plans , natasha - just wanted to go home , eliz - had CCA party..went interchange go buy bread with nicole =.= , reached home , bath , prepare then went to take MRT to raffles place . reached there , queued up to go into the circuit park . the sun and heat yesterday was ^&^%*&% , so warm !
went to walk around the circuit park first cos it was still early ... walk walk ... saw some merchandise from my favourite team: FERRARI , and bought a pin and a mug . cost me $45 in total. when it was almost time for the practice session 1 , went to take my place at one of the bleachers. manage to see the cars very clearly , smelt the burning rubber and heard the loud loud sounds as the cars drove . mummy say that she could hear it from her office , was it that loud ? bought the survival kits(1pair of earplugs and poncho) , didnt use the ear plugs for the first session cos wanted to hear the real noise. was really cool , took many videos .. but little pictures . the cars drove super fast , it was like :"ZOOOM" and gone in a blink of an eye and one thing , the atmosphere at the forumla 1 circuit park was high & great ! loads of ang mohs .
practice session 2 , i went to a different spot . the marina bay circuit at night was superb ... the street lights made the circuit very bright and looks so different then those dim street lights that we usually see on the streets. spend $59 yesterday .. inclusive of food , beverage , merchandise . katy perry was suppose to come , but didnt .. almost everyone at the padang was waiting for her to come . heh . reached home around 12am ....
conclusion : a great experience for a F1 fan and it is really different from watching on tv . promised myself that i would go again next year .. and hopefully will have more budget then .
